Storing ГСМ at a remote facility comes down to one thing: it is expensive and time—consuming to build a major tank farm there, and transporting fuel as needed means depending on the road and weather. Elastic reservoirs remove this fork.
The material is resistant to UV, frost, heat and aggressive environments, does not corrode and does not require anti-corrosion treatment. Maintenance is limited to visual inspection and checking the tightness of pipes and fittings.
When the work is completed, the tank is emptied, folded and transported to the next facility — unlike the steel park, which remains in place.

No. The tank is placed on a prepared flat area, cleared of sharp objects. This is the main saving: capital costs are reduced by a factor compared to a steel fleet, and storage can be deployed where construction is impossible.
From several hours to one work shift, depending on the volume. A team of 6-8 people is enough for a 200 m3 park, special equipment, welding and channel laying are not needed.
The operating range is from -60 to +80 °C. The material retains its elasticity in the cold and does not require anti-corrosion treatment, unlike a steel tank.
The shell is maintainable: the damage is repaired with an on-site repair kit. Anti-filtration canopies and protective berms are used to protect against punctures and water ingress.
Logistics and timing. A fleet of 1,000 m3 of elastic tanks weighs about 3.2 tons and leaves in one container ship; the same volume in РВС-200 is 62.5 tons and about twenty cars. Plus, there is no foundation, welding and lengthy approvals.
