The composition is selected for the task of the facility: from simple storage to a full-fledged mobile tank farm with accounting and delivery.

Description

The field fuel depot solves a problem that the steel fleet cannot cope with: to provide fuel supply where there is no infrastructure and where capital construction is either impossible or impractical. The equipment receives a resource on the spot, without dependence on logistical leverage and downtime while waiting for delivery.

The difference in logistics is significant. The 1,000 m3 fleet of tanks ПЭР-250Н weighs about 3.2 tons and is delivered by one container ship. The same volume in steel РВС-200 weighs 62.5 tons and requires about twenty cars or ten wagons.

The complex is scaling up: the volume is increased by adding tanks, the supply scheme is changing to meet the current load. Upon completion of the work, the warehouse is dismantled and moved to the next facility.

Frequently asked questions

How much volume can be deployed?

Typical solutions are ПСГ-1000 and ПСГ-2000 per 1,000 and 2,000 m3. In practice, parks of a larger volume were assembled, up to 15,000 m3, due to an increase in the number of reservoirs.

What is included in the kit besides the tanks?

Anti-filtration canopies and berms, pressure and suction hoses and collapsible pipelines, valves, quick-release joints, pumps, meters and transfer columns, fire extinguishing equipment, lightning protection, drainage water treatment system.

Do I need a foundation and a concrete platform?

No. The tank is placed on a prepared flat area, cleared of sharp objects. This is the main saving: capital costs are reduced by a factor compared to a steel fleet, and storage can be deployed where construction is impossible.

How long does the deployment take?

From several hours to one work shift, depending on the volume. A team of 6-8 people is enough for a 200 m3 park, special equipment, welding and channel laying are not needed.

How does the tank behave in the cold?

The operating range is from -60 to +80 °C. The material retains its elasticity in the cold and does not require anti-corrosion treatment, unlike a steel tank.

What should I do in case of mechanical damage to the shell?

The shell is maintainable: the damage is repaired with an on-site repair kit. Anti-filtration canopies and protective berms are used to protect against punctures and water ingress.

Other directions

All tanks are supplied to order with a complete set of documentation.

Do I need a calculation for PSG field fuel depots?

Send us the volume, environment, and site conditions. We will select the standard size and prepare an offer.
