They perceive the full tension of the wires. They are placed at the turns of the route and at the anchoring points of the line — where the load is directed along the wire, and not just down.

The tower weight and dimensions are confirmed when the detail drawings are issued for the wind and ice region of the site.
The anchor-angle support works in the most severe conditions: she holds the one-way weight of the wires and turns the track around at an angle. The structure is stiffer and more massive than the intermediate one, and the foundation for it is calculated separately.
They are indicated by the letters AU, U and US, followed by the voltage class. Anchor supports without a rotation angle are indicated by the letter A. The number after the hyphen indicates the number of chains, and the "+" indicates the height of the prefix.
We manufacture according to standardized standard designs and according to customer drawings. Hot-dip galvanizing according to ГОСТ 9.307-21, shipment by shipping elements by road and rail.
We receive the schedule, questionnaire or structural drawings.
We select the types for the route and climatic region and calculate the cost.
We issue working drawings and manufacture the structures with hot-dip galvanising.
Shipped as sections by road or rail.
At the turn of the highway, at the border of the anchor section, and wherever the support is affected by a one—way weight of wires, for example, before crossing a river or road. You can't put an intermediate one at these points.: it is not designed for such a load.
These are different versions of anchor-angle supports in the design documentation of factories: they differ in the angle of rotation of the track for which they are designed and the suspension scheme. The specific brand is set by the design of the line.
It is heavier in metal: a rigid one-sided structure requires more material and a more developed foundation. The price of the structure is calculated based on the mass, so the difference is noticeable.
Yes, for the design loads and the ground of the site. We manufacture grillings, metal beams and embedded parts ourselves and supply them in one set with supports.
Send the tower schedule or the route parameters — we will select the types and prepare a calculation.
