Over the past weeks four batches of pipeline components left our warehouse and plant: steel gate valves DN 100–400, flange sets for them, clamp pipe supports and tank nozzles.
The bulk of the volume is 24 steel gate valves 30ls41nzh and 30ls541nzh rated 1.6 MPa: five DN 100, sixteen DN 200 and three DN 400. The large diameter is supplied in the gearbox version — at DN 400 operating a handwheel directly is already hard work.
The valves were shipped not on their own but as complete flange sets: 48 flat flanges of 09G2S steel to GOST 33259-2015, 42 gaskets to GOST 15180-86, 560 studs of 40X steel to GOST 9066-75 and 1120 nuts to GOST 5915-70 — sizes M16, M20 and M27 to match the diameters.
We supply the whole assembly on purpose. When a valve arrives on site without mating flanges or without fasteners of the right grade, installation stops and the crew starts hunting for the missing parts locally — usually slower and more expensive than it would have cost as part of the delivery.
A separate item was 16 clamp pipe supports 219-KH-A11 to OST 36-146-88 — they fix the pipeline to the supporting structures and carry the load of its weight.
The fourth batch is tank equipment: 16 vent nozzles PV-500 and 12 mounting nozzles PM-500 U1 rated 0.6 MPa. The vent nozzle connects the tank to the atmosphere during filling and emptying; the mounting nozzle serves as a base for installing equipment on the tank roof and shell.
