The company OnePROM has shipped a batch of rubber expansion joints of the German brand Elaflex for a regular customer. The order was made in Germany for almost 8 months — it is impossible to rush this process: the quality of execution directly depends on how the expansion joints behave further, already in real operating conditions.
And the customer's conditions are far from ordinary. Expansion joints are installed on oil pumping vessel: constant contact with ГСМ, vibration, salty marine environment and work in the open ocean, where maintenance and replacement of equipment is not a matter of one call. There is no right to compromise either in materials or in safety margin.
