From the workshop: tank equipment for an oil depot in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and bellows expansion joints for heating systems

The first batch — tank equipment for an oil depot in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. The PM mounting pipes and the PP receiving and distributing pipes are being prepared for shipment. The delivery is complete: counter flanges, fasteners and gaskets are shipped along with the pipes so that the installation team at the facility does not look for components separately and does not waste days on this.

The mounting pipe cuts into the tank wall and serves as the base for the installation of receiving and distributing devices and fittings. Through the intake pipe, the product enters the tank and is removed from it. The tightness of the tank in the place where it connects to the technological pipelines of the tank depot depends on the quality of these units.

The second position is the party bellows expansion joints for underground pipeline laying Ду300 in foam polymer mineral (PPM) insulation. The pipeline will run from the boiler house to the distribution center as part of projects in single-industry towns. Expansion joints take over the temperature extensions of the heating line, which inevitably occur when the coolant reaches the operating temperature.

Third order — two-shaft expansion joints for one of the factories in the Far East. Two bellows in one product increase the compensating capacity and make it possible to perceive not only axial, but also transverse displacements of the pipeline.

All three orders are carried out in our own workshop OnePROM — from welding bellows with pipes to painting and packing for shipment.
