The intake and distribution pipe of the PPR

The basic component of the tank for connecting the process pipeline, valves, crackers, control unit or ROM — the entire intake and pumping of the product goes through it.

PPR
Description

Purpose and design

The SPR cuts into the lower belt of the tank wall. From the outside, shut—off valves and a pipeline are connected to the pipe, from the inside there is a flapper, a receiving and distributing device of the control unit, a hinge or a floating intake device of the ROM. The pipe consists of a pipe with welded flanges at both ends and a reinforcing lining at the point of insertion into the wall.

The diameter is adjusted to match the performance of tank draining and filling operations. Example of designation when ordering: ППР-400-УХЛ.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the PPR come complete with a firecracker or a PRU?
No, the PPR pipe is a separate product. The flapper, control unit or ROM must be ordered separately and mounted on the inner flange of the nozzle.
What should I specify when ordering the PPR?
The nozzle diameter, the thickness of the tank wall at the insertion point, and the climatic design. If the parameters are unknown, please send us a questionnaire and we will select it ourselves.
What are the delivery times?
Fast-moving items ship from stock, everything else is made to order. The exact lead time and price are confirmed in the quotation. Delivery across Russia and the CIS.

Do you need: a receiving and distributing spigot?

Specify the remote control and the wall thickness of the tank — we will select and prepare the control unit.
