Overhead discharge devices for railway tanks for feeding and pumping petroleum products through the neck of the tank.

The upper discharge device (articulated pipe, console) is inserted into the neck of the railway tank and provides the upper filling or discharge of the product. The counterweight compensates for the position of the tank and simplifies the positioning of the tip; at the upper drain, a submersible pipe is used to the bottom of the tank boiler.
It is equipped with a ferrule, shut—off valves, if necessary, a gas return (steam) line and a level sensor. It is installed on draining and filling railway overpasses. The material is steel.
