A foam generator (GPS type) forms an air-mechanical foam of medium multiplicity from an aqueous solution of a foaming agent: the solution is supplied under pressure through a spray gun, foamed on a bag of nets due to air ejection and fed to the surface of the burning product. The foam isolates the mirror of the oil product from oxygen and cools it, stopping gorenjesus.
It is installed on the foam filling chambers and foam pipes of the tank fire extinguishing system. The connection is with a semi—nut or flange. The case is steel with a protective coating, the mesh cassette is stainless steel. Foam performance — by standard size (ГПС-200/600/2000).
