APP aluminum float pontoons are a floating coating for vertical tanks that reduces the loss of light oil products from evaporation.

The pontoon APP is a coating made of aluminum floats (sealed boxes) and flooring floating on the surface of the product, which moves with the level of the oil product and eliminates the gas space above the mirror. Due to this, the loss of light fractions from "large" and "small" breaths is reduced by 95-98%, fire and explosion hazards are reduced, product quality is maintained and emissions into the atmosphere are reduced.
It is used for storing light oil products and petrochemical raw materials. It is mounted inside the operating tank through a manhole without cutting the roof; a sealing gate is installed along the perimeter to the wall. The material is aluminum alloys; for sulphurous oil, stainless steel is recommended. The warranty is 18 months.
