What kind of gas do ExEco BSD burners run on?
As standard, on natural gas. Most models can be converted to LPG (propane-butane) with a conversion kit; the work must be carried out by a certified engineer.
Will ExEco BSD be suitable for a boiler from another manufacturer?
Yes. The burners are universal and mount on boilers of both Russian and foreign makes. What matters is selecting the correct size and combustion head length for the specific boiler.
What should I state when ordering?
Boiler output, gas type and mains pressure, control and emission requirements, and the distance from the flange to the furnace. If you do not have the parameters, send the boiler model and we will make the selection.
What are the delivery times?
Fast-moving sizes ship from stock, the rest is made to order. The exact lead time and price are confirmed in the quotation. Delivery across Russia and the CIS.
How much more economical is a two-stage burner than a single-stage burner?
Savings occur during the off-season: most of the time the burner operates at first stage instead of full power. The ratio of the steps is adjusted to the actual mode of the facility during commissioning.
