Frequently asked questions

Which diesel burner series should I choose?
For a domestic boiler up to 200 kW, a single-stage 40 G or RG is sufficient. With variable load, two-stage RGD or RL is more advantageous. For boilers with a floating load, the RL/M modulation is used, for large industrial facilities — P TG or DB LE.
What does the LC index mean?
The version with an elongated gorenje. It is necessary when the distance from the burner mounting flange to the boiler furnace is greater than the standard one, for example, with thick insulation of the front wall.
What do I need to install a diesel burner?
Fuel tank, pump group, fuel purification filters, power supply, air supply channel and chimney. The burner is selected according to the boiler capacity and the distance from the flange to the furnace.
How often to service?
At least once a season: cleaning the nozzle, checking filters, setting up automation, flame quality control. With proper installation and a working chimney, there is no smell in the room.
Is it possible to use another fuel?
Standard — diesel only. Furnace or tractor fuel reduces the life of the burner and removes the warranty.
What should I state when ordering?
Boiler capacity, its make and model, the distance from the mounting flange to the furnace, and automation requirements. If there are no parameters, please send the boiler model and we will select it ourselves.
Will the burner fit a boiler from another manufacturer?
Yes. The burners are universal and mount on hot water and steam boilers of both Russian and foreign makes. What matters is selecting the correct size and combustion head length for the specific boiler.
