The SERus regulator keeps the gas pressure within a narrow preset range. In case of an unacceptable increase in pressure, the valve immediately cuts off the gas supply to the consumer — this protects gas-using equipment from pressure surges during emergency situations at gas control and gas distribution stations and prevents leaks.
The design is spring-loaded, with compensation from fluctuations in inlet pressure. The composition uses heat-resistant materials that can withstand up to 650 ° C, so the valve works even in fire conditions. The regulators are designed for stable operation at ambient temperatures from -20 to +60 °C and are equipped with an inlet filter with a 320 micron cell.
