Gas pressure control devices of type RR16 are designed with a safety shut-off valve and an integrated safety relief valve according to DIN 3380/81 and DIN 33822, have an operating permit from the DVGW association according to DIN and comply with the requirements of EN 676.
Regulators for gas and combined burners are subject to increased dynamic requirements in terms of response speed, including due to the short length of the pipeline between the regulator and the burner safety devices. RR16 refer to direct-acting devices with a spring load and belong to the class of regulators according to EN 676 "Gas burners with a fan".
