Features

Design and advantages

  • Pilot control ensures high accuracy at high cost
  • The integrated monitor takes over the load when the main regulator fails
  • A balanced compensation system holds the outlet when the inlet pressure changes.
  • One standard size is applicable at different inlet pressures
Description

Purpose and application

The RB 4700 and RB 4600 are pilot—controlled regulators with an integrated monitor (a backup regulator that is also controlled by the pilot) and integrated safety valves.

Designed for the industrial sector and gas suppliers: thermal power plants, burners, furnaces, industrial boilers and other gas consumption equipment requiring precise and fast pressure control at high flow rates.

Selection

How we work

  1. We accept the parameters of the reduction unit: inlet and outlet pressure, flow rate, Dn, gas type.
  2. We select the standard size, the design of the manhole cover and the spring, and we calculate the throughput.
  3. We are preparing a quotation with a delivery date.
  4. We ship with documents for Russia and the CIS, if necessary, installation and commissioning.
