D is the outer diameter of the flange, K is the diameter of the circumference of the holes, L is the face length, b is the thickness of the flange, d×n is the diameter and number of holes. The current standard size (DN 350) is highlighted. For Pn 10, the thickness of flange b is less (see passport). Flange sizes according to ГОСТ 12820.
The rubber expansion joint PTFE DN 350 is a flange insert with a fluoroplastic lining for pipelines with aggressive media. The inert layer PTFE protects against acids, alkalis and chemicals, the rubber force layer with a cord dampens vibration and compensates for axial, shear and angular movements.
For this standard size (PN 16): flange with an outer diameter of 520 mm, diameter of the circumference of the holes 470 mm, 16 holes ⌀26 mm, flange thickness 30 mm, face length 255 mm, outer diameter of the pipe to be connected 377 mm. Flanges made of steel 20 according to ГОСТ 12820; for Pn 10, the flange thickness is less.
