The rubber expansion joint NBR DN 65 is a flanged vibration insert for pipelines with petroleum products and oils. The elastic sphere made of NBR, reinforced with textile cord, dampens vibration and noise from pumps and equipment, compensates for axial, shear and angular movements, reduces the load during hydraulic shock and temperature deformations.
For this standard size: flange with an outer diameter of 180 mm, diameter of the circumference of the holes 145 mm, flange thickness 18 mm, face length 115 mm. Permissible movements are axial compression up to 12 mm, stretching up to 6 mm, lateral displacement up to 10 mm, bending angle up to 15°. Flanges made of 20 steel; on request — 09Г2С or stainless 12Х18Н10Т.
