The rubber expansion joint NBR DN 250 is a flanged vibration insert for pipelines with petroleum products and oils. The elastic sphere made of NBR reinforced with textile cord dampens vibration and noise from pumps and equipment, compensates for axial, shear and angular movements, reduces the load during water impact and temperature deformations.
For this standard size: flange with an outer diameter of 405 mm, diameter of the circumference of the holes 355 mm, flange thickness 23 mm, face length 230 mm. Permissible movements are axial compression up to 25 mm, stretching up to 14 mm, lateral displacement up to 22 mm, bending angle up to 15°. Flanges made of 20 steel; on request — 09Г2С or stainless 12Х18Н10Т.
