The rubber expansion joint EPDM DN 125 is a flanged vibration insert for pipelines of water and non—aggressive media. The elastic sphere made of EPDM, reinforced with textile cord, dampens vibration and noise from pumps and equipment, compensates for axial, shear and angular movements, reduces the load during hydraulic shock and temperature deformations.
For this standard size: flange with an outer diameter of 245 mm, diameter of the circumference of the holes 210 mm, flange thickness 21 mm, face length 165 mm. Permissible movements are axial compression up to 18 mm, stretching up to 10 mm, lateral displacement up to 12 mm, bending angle up to 15°. Flanges made of 20 steel; on request — 09Г2С or stainless 12Х18Н10Т.
