When is alloy steel needed, rather than ordinary carbon steel?
Alloy steel (15Х5М and analogues) retains its strength at temperatures above 400–450°C and is resistant to hydrogen corrosion — ordinary carbon steel quickly loses its resource in such conditions.
What is the production time for custom valves?
For standard remote control units/Based on availability — from a few days. For non-standard parameters or large remote control units for a specific project, the deadline is discussed individually.
Do I need a passport and a certificate of conformity?
Yes, we supply a complete package of documents for all valves for the energy and petrochemical industries — a product passport, a certificate of conformity, and, if necessary, a Rostechnadzor permit.
