How is a cast-iron faucet inferior to its steel counterpart?
Due to the combination of operational characteristics — maximum pressure, shock resistance and service life — cast iron cranes are usually considered less preferable than steel cranes, although they are comparable in cost. For standard housing and communal services tasks (water, Ру16) It's not critical.
Why do I need an epoxy coating on the case?
It protects cast iron from corrosion and mechanical damage during operation and storage — especially important for cranes installed in the ground or wet environments.
Is it possible to use a cast iron faucet as a regulating body?
