Да, для точной настройки ручного балансировочного клапана обычно используют переносной измерительный прибор, подключаемый к ниппелям на корпусе клапана.

Why do I need hydraulic balancing?

Without balancing, the sections of the system closest to the pump "overstrain" the coolant flow rate, while the distant ones receive less — balancing valves equalize the flow rate along all circuits, ensuring uniform heating/cooling.

How does a manual valve differ from an automatic one?

The manual is adjusted once according to the calculated data (opening on a scale in revolutions), the automatic itself maintains the set pressure drop regardless of changes in the system — more expensive, but more accurate in variable modes.

Do I need measuring instruments for setting up?

Yes, a portable measuring device connected to the nipples on the valve body is usually used to fine-tune the manual balancing valve.
