Чем фланцевая заглушка отличается от поворотной?

Фланцевая (глухой фланец) устанавливается вместо ответного фланца и полностью отключает участок болтовым соединением. Поворотная («очки») переключает участок между «открыто» и «заглушено» без демонтажа.

Совпадают ли размеры с фланцем?

Да — D, K, d, n соответствуют ответному фланцу по ГОСТ 33259 для того же Ду/Ру.
