The connecting dimensions of the flange are according to 33259 (they match the matching steel flange). The PE sleeve is selected according to the diameter and SDR of the HDPE pipe.
It is welded to a HDPE pipe (butt or electro-coupling welding); the sleeve collar forms a sealing surface.
The steel flange fits on the sleeve and rotates freely — it is convenient to combine the holes for the bolts.
It is tightened by bolts with a counter flange through a gasket along the sleeve collar.
Of two parts: a grooved sleeve ПЭ100, which is welded to a polyethylene pipe, and a free steel flange, which is put on the sleeve and tightened by bolts with a counter flange.
It does not mount rigidly and rotates freely on the sleeve — this makes it easy to align the bolt holes during installation.
According to the outer diameter and SDR of the HDPE pipe; the connecting dimensions of the flange are according to 33259 for the counter flange.
