Questions

Frequently asked questions

What should I specify when ordering the SV630 series?
It is enough to state the size, working pressure, temperature and medium. If the parameters are not known, send a questionnaire or a diagram of the assembly and we will make the selection.
What are the delivery times?
Fast-moving items ship from stock, everything else is made to order. The exact lead time and price are confirmed in the quotation. Delivery across Russia and the CIS.
How does a servo drive differ from a variable frequency drives?
The servo operates in a closed loop: the sensor on the shaft constantly reports the exact position, and the drive performs a preset trajectory with high repeatability. The variable frequency drives controls the speed, not the position. Servos are used where positioning, axis synchronization with each other and a stable cycle cycle are needed.
Single-turn or multi-turn position sensor?
The single-turn remembers the position within one revolution of the shaft. The rotary also counts the revolutions themselves, maintaining the absolute coordinate when removing the power supply — a battery is needed for this. A multi-turn is taken when the mechanism does not have to search for the initial position after each activation.
How to match the engine to the mechanism?
The required moment and the moment of inertia of the load brought to the shaft are considered. The ratio of the inertia of the load and the inertia of the rotor determines the design: if there is a large discrepancy, a medium inertia motor is used, otherwise the control circuit will be prone to fluctuations. Send us a kinematic diagram and the masses of the moving parts, and we'll calculate them.
What does EtherCAT offer compared to pulse control?
Pulse control is a separate line for each drive. EtherCAT combines the drives into one bus, synchronizes the axes with each other and allows you to read diagnostics from them. There are enough pulses for a single-axis supply, and savings on installation and commissioning become noticeable on a multi-axis machine.
