Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By ticking the consent box in a form on https://oneprom.ru and submitting the form, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give the Operator my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".

1. Personal data

• surname, first name, patronymic;
• phone number;
• e-mail address;
• name of the organization and position;
• information I provided in the request and the contents of attached files;
• technical data: IP address, cookies, browser and device information, date and time the form was submitted.

2. Purposes of processing

• processing my request or inquiry;
• preparing a calculation and a commercial proposal;
• contacting me regarding my request;
• concluding and performing a contract;
• analysing the operation of the Website.

3. Actions with personal data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction — with and without automation tools. The data is stored in databases located in the Russian Federation.

4. Transfer to third parties

I agree to the transfer of my personal data for the purposes above to the Website hosting provider, Yandex LLC (Yandex.Metrica service) and transport companies when performing a supply contract. There is no cross-border transfer.

5. Validity period

The consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 3 (three) years from the date it was given, or until it is withdrawn.

6. Withdrawal of consent

I may withdraw my consent by sending a request to info@oneprom.ru with the subject "Personal data" or by post to the Operator's legal address. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was received.
